"You wouldn't possibly believe that I could skip a brewery, except this is not a brewery, but a place that serves local beers and typical casual fast food. It's located next to The Great American Bagel Bakery.\n\nCarolina Beer Co. is decorated with nine wooden oak barrels over the bar area, showcasing local brews.\n\nCarolina Beer Co. serves The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery beer (OMB), made according to German purity standard of 1516 (the Reinheitsgebot), with no additives or preservatives.\n\nOlde Mecklenburg Copper, brewed locally in Charlotte, is famous for authentic D\u00FCsseldorf style Altbier.\n\nHowever, the place looked too untidy to make one want to patronize here. Food, which I didn't order, was not enticing to give it a try.\n\nBBQ chicken smothered platter: 2 chicken breasts, honey smoked BBQ sauce, applewood bacon, melted cheddar, diced tomatoes, green onions, baked beans and Cole slaw sides.\n\nBBQ pork platter: pulled pork, honey smoked BBQ sauce, baked beans and Cole slaw sides.\n\nA la carte: small side salad, fruit salad, cup of soup, house made chips.\n\nDesserts: key lime pie, chocolate molten cake, ice cream with blueberries.\n\nOmelettes: western, ham & cheese, veggie, savory cheese.\n\nFor breakfast: Classic scramble eggs, grilled sourdough panini, quesadilla, yogurt & granola."^^ .
