"after a huge mess with the other Wag n Wash on 7th ave, I found a slice of heaven in this property , which is across town from here , but well worth the sanity of dealing with young incompetent attitude-filled groomers . This Scottsdale store is quite different as it's much cleaner and brighter and fresh in first impressions. the staff was very welcoming and helpful . i selected the \"self-wash\" which was set up with a gentleman who was very helpful . after the self washing , I was offered a selection of other products and shown the selection of products the store offered. I was very impressed with the service and services offered here at this store. I will be back , even if it is across town , it's completely worth the trip. \ntoo bad the 7th avenue Wag n wash wasn't a little more understanding in their mistake and took it out on a regular customer as myself.
