Bought a used VW on 1/27, just got the car back from the 5th trip into the shop. Had to sign a release at Sunnyside to not bring my car there for repairs. Just as well, the three times it went there, the service department couldn't fix it, had to go to Galati's to find out how screwed up the car was. Bob Murray was a total douche each time. Don't ask the service manager either, he actually said \"I don't have a crystal ball\" When I asked him what else was wrong with the car.
