"Let me first start off by saying I USED to be a regular here for pedicures. \nUntil yesterday, I always received the best service.\nI arrived yesterday (on a Saturday) around 1:45. Upon my arrival, I checked in and asked how long the wait would be. Usually, ANYWHERE you go on a weekend will have a short wait time - at least the best salons will. I was assured by the owner (I\"m pretty sure his name is Tony) that there wasn't a wait and I came in at a good time. I was promptly seated where ... you guessed it ... I waited. For 20 minutes I waited before a worker came to do my pedicure. 20 MINUTES. It wouldnt have been so bad if I were offered a beverage or the water started for me so my feet could soak in the whirl pool while I waited. I was about to walk out I was so pissed. My pedicure felt rushed and was at BEST mediocre. Once my pedi was completed and I was dry, I was asked if I wanted to tip... are you kidding me? I kindly declined, grabbed my purse and left. I will never be back. I will continue to spread the word of how this salon has gone down hill. I will take my hard earned money elsewhere to be pampered. $40 for a deluxe french pedicure? Can easily be spent at a better salon where I'm a person, not a patron."^^ . . "0"^^ . . . "1"^^ . "3"^^ . "2011-09-11T00:00:00"^^ . "9"^^ .
