I made the reservation ONE MONTH before the check-in date, yet 10 minutes before walking into the hotel (I was on the way there), I received a phone call telling me that the hotel 'could not accomodate me.' \n\nThe reason? Renovation.\n\nI guess they planned the reservation earlier on the same day, as NO ONE BOThERED TO TELL ME IN TIME TO FIND AN ALTERNATIVE THAT WAS NOT INCONVENIENT TO ME.\n\nManagerial incompetence is obviously the rule at this location.
