After waiting until  3 PM with no call, the dispatcher called and said after waiting over a week for the motor to be ordered, they have the wrong motor and I need to wait until the right motor is received and a new appointment can be scheduled. Funny,that is what happened last month when the outdoor motor needed replacement. I think the \"wrong motor excuse \" is the lie they tell when they can't meet their commitments.
