Their website was easy to navigate and when I looked at the pricing, I couldn't believe they offered 50% off their prints, if customers pick them up at their downtown TO office. \n\nLucky for me, I live quite close by!\n\nI sent an email asking for a quote, with the image I wanted printed and asked if it would be high enough quality for the size I was considering. I received a prompt reply a few hours later with a proof and answers to my questions. \n\nI confirmed my purchase and asked for it to be ready in a week and a half when I would be available to pick up. \n\nThe process was almost too easy! I received an email only 3 days later letting me know that my print was already completed. Yowza that's fast!!\n\nWhen I picked up, the office space was really interesting and had a creative vibe. They had my print right up front and I was in and out within 5 minutes. \n\nCustomer service was great throughout the entire experience. \n\nI surprised my boyfriend with a canvas of an online painting of the two of us and it looks incredible up on the wall.
