Unfortunately, over time, it has gotten much more intrusive to live here. Loud parties in the clubhouse/lobby, unable to park near our unit whenever there's any party because the party guests take all of the parking spots. It also used to be that various inspections (safety, etc.) would happen a few times a year, which is a normal and acceptable part of living in an apartment. Now it's every few months that there's some inspection or another, which means if you work any hours other than normal business hours, you will be woken up frequently. It used to be a few days they would tell us that the inspection could occur, and now they are spread over up to 5 days, without any notice as to when they might come into your unit or even if they've already inspected yours. So you have to assume that at any time during most of the business hours of up to 5 days time, you could have someone entering your apartment and waking you up to do an inspection. Second or third shift workers, or anyone with sleeping problems, avoid this place. I have nothing to hide. I understand that inspections need to be done, and missing a day or two of good sleep once in a while when there's no way of knowing when during a five-day span someone is going to be waking you up, it becomes very difficult to \n\nThe units are very nice, and the price was worth it when it was quiet and without constant interruptions. It was a wonderful place for graduate students since it was quiet and allowed for work to be done without the constant noise and chaos around campus. \n\nThe saving grace is that the apartment managers are very responsive to noise complaints and does talk to the tenants. They are actually very wonderful people, and I hate to give this complex anything less than five stars. If it were one or the other (either the parties or the inspections), I could honestly live with it, but between both, I am losing a lot of sleep and definitely losing patience."^^ . .
