Dr. Burns will fill your head full of \"We will take care of you\", \"I know how you feel, I have chronic pain also\", Make an appointment when you want to see me instead of the PA's. The so called doctor did not hold true to ANY of his words. I was scheduled past 30 days for four of my appointments. \n One appointment Aug 2014 was at 34 days. I was sent to the Central and Camelback location. The lady before me came out of the room crying. Oh great, what am I in for? I was never treated as poor at ANY doctors office as I was here. The female PA thinks she walks on water. She entered the room with a very large black man trying to intimidate me. Granted my 5'1\" frame at 118 lbs was by no means intimidating. She began by raising her voice at me for no meds in my urine the month prior. That appointment was 32 days out so again I had no meds. She accused me of taking Hydrocodone that was not prescribed to me. I informed her I was prescribed the meds by the other office. She did not even have my file open to look at. She had to go get her laptop to look. Needless to say the rest of the visit went terrible. She gave me my scripts. I looked at them and she reduced my meds. I asked her why. Her response, \"Take them, get out of my office and if you don't like that I will discharge you right now. \n I filed a complaint with the SPINELESS Dr Burns. What a joke he is. No response. I filed another complaint, still no response. Every PA I seen at the Camelback and 44th st location harassed me and reduced my meds more.\n I proved to the PA's EVERY TIME that Sun Pain wrote the script for the Hydrocodone by the prescription bottle as proof. \n I already asked my PCP ( of 15 years) for a referral to a new pain doctor. The PCP wanted me to get my scripts for the month, come back to see her (PCP) and she will get it started. \n I called Sun Pain(in the a&&) (NO)Management office and talked to Tina. I will worn you. Stay away from her. She is a back stabber of patients she does not like and talk about them behind the desk in the main lobby for everyone to hear. I witnessed an older lady that took a taxi from Black Canyon with her husband that missed her appointment by 10 minutes only to be turned away. No matter how much begging the husband did, it did not work.\n I called the office and talked to Tina to inform her I wanted to sign out of the pain management program. When I arrived no one would help me. No one was at the front desk. Waiting 10 minutes this very big man came out from the back and addressed me that you were kicked out of the the practice 01/14/15. Note that was the day of my last appointment. 'They told me the discharge letter was mailed to me. I did not receive it until a week later. The ENTIRE office is rude, unprofessional and no one there is competent, terrible bedside manor, don't care about the patients. You have been warned."^^ .
