We returned to check-in and explained to Stephanie the room she checked us in to was a king and not two queens. She looked on the computer and explained our reservation had been switched by the Hotel Manager, Rob Liston with no further explanation as to why we were displaced from the room we booked with two queen beds. Stephanie added that Mr. Liston had gone home for the day and she could not place my family in a room with two queen beds as there were none available. \n\nNo remedy, explanation or accommodation was ever made for us.
