The day it was to be installed the installer never showed up. When we called to find out why, we were told our order was cancelled as they infrastructure required from another carrier was not available in our area. If we had not called when the installer was a no show, we would not have known our order was cancelled.\n\nWe were told our invoiced fees would be refunded but we have not seen a credit to our our account 10 days later. When speaking to customer service to complain about this horrible service, they denied responsibility and said it was the fault of other carrier they were getting infrastructure from. \n\nSo not only was this the most horrible customer service I have seen (cancelling an order the day of installation and not informing us) they go onto deny responsibility for the entire problem. \n\nDavid H"^^ .
