"Edgar was awesome...he did a fabulous job on my detail. \n\n Here's my complaint...I hate that we can't make appointments any more. \n\nI was told when I came in for the detail it would be about 2 hours..well, about 4 hours later it was done. Had I known that I would have gotten a ride. When I came in there was only 1 other car, so I expected them to be working on my car...but when other cars come in they start working on multiple cars at the same time. Hence, it taking much longer to do my car. I thought they would work on my car till it was done, then do the others as they come in. \n\nIf I come back, I will drop it off...but not sure if I will or not."^^ . "0"^^ . .
