Their customer service management does not take responsibility for their mistakes or try to resolve the matter.\n \nThey left my engine air intake box completely open and filter removed after a routine oil change. I drove down dirt roads in Pisgah National Forest that weekend behind trucks for approximately 2 hours in thick dirt/dust/sand clouds. This can cause serious damage to your engine and severely decrease engine life. Their service team (Vince Deloreto) did everything possible to downplay the severity and did NOT provide adequate tests or service to ensure there was no damage done to my engine. They did not accept fault or extend my warranty to compensate for the damage that might have been caused by their incompetence.\n \nTheir Customer service is NOT concerned with your satisfaction and will take NOT take action to resolve the matter."^^ .
