I have tried appointments a few times. I have tried walk-in.   There is no ryhme or reason as to who gets served next.  I have had an appointment, been on time and waited an hour while they dealt with the walk-ins before me. Why book when it means nothing?   I did a walk-in and was the second in line in the little waiting room when an appointment showed up 10 minutes late for his appointment and yet he gets served first.  No consistency....it is not rocket science Citrus! Yes the medical stuff is science but the scheduling is not.  Get your act together.
