I have scheduled multiple appointments with them and taken time off from work to have my tile cleaned and sealed, only to have them not show up! When contacted I was told that a \"larger job came up\" and that they were going to try to get me in, but that they could not pass up a \"larger\" job for my smaller, 300 sq ft job!
