When we needed a cleaning I called the warranty company twice and over a span of a year I never received their cleaning kit to be delivered by mail. We wanted our money back and they wanted to give us a pro-rated amount. Some of the service people I spoke with from the actual Mor furniture were decent however, I never received promised call backs. Some were decent, some never followed through. I had to repeatedly call. When we finally received the kit, it was insufficient. Everything was such a pain I don't even want to call again. The warranty comoany will do everything possible not to fulfill their contractual obligations and I just don't have time to deal with it. In the end, I would recommend NEVER purchasing the warranty.
