Every morning the leaf blower is in my window at 7:00 A.M. and kids are at the pool all hours of the night with parents drinking beer. The administrative staff has turned over 4 times and they all have the deer in the head light look when they are challenged by policy. For example, somewhere in my contract reads, if the 1st is on a Sunday, payment is due on Sunday, if you do not pay on Sunday you will be charged 100.00 late fee on Monday. I still have not found the words on my contract but the admin staff swears it is there. They won't even take the time to find the statement on the contract. They also claim you can pay online and when I brought my computer to show them I still cannot pay online, they still refuse to acknowledge I cannot pay online. Very odd behavior. The apartments amenities are outdated with very low light and the maintenance staff is grouchy. Lastly, the assigned parking spots are so narrow, I now have 3 dings on my car door for the giant SUV parked next to my sedan. I'm out of here when my contract expires.
