"My family and I had a fantastic time at this location and highly recommend it to those looking for a great activity for kids 9-14 yrs old that active parents can join in. The customer service was extremely helpful, especially after we figured out the equipment was too big for my 8 year old to use. They had no problem refunding us for the games we had bought her and my wife (so she could stay with her) and they even gave her an activity bag of things to do while she waited for her older sister and I. The store manager Garrett and district manager Sasha, along with the other employees, went out of their way to make sure our concerns were addressed and that everyone there on a busy, warm Saturday were well taken care of.
