"I have been a member with Massage Envy since 2013. In the past few years, I have had many positive and negative encounters with ME locations throughout the US. However, this location I have had the most problems with. I used to see Ginger, she was and still is absolutely incredible! To my dismay she left ME and plans to open her own studio (which I plan to follow her to). One example of lack of customer service is -- I scheduled a couples massage probably a month in advance for my boyfriend and I. At the time he lived in California and he was planning on visiting for a long weekend. The day OF the massage I received a phone call they were cancelling our massage because a masseuse got ill. I understand sickness is unexpected but I would have thought because it was on their end they would have called someone else in to fill the void... nope. Next they tell me I can still come alone. Alright, this isn't the best option but I still wanted to get my boyfriend a massage so I agreed. However, when he arrived his massage had been cancelled too, because \"we didn't think you wanted to come in.\" Needless to say after speaking with very unhealthful staff and a manager nothing was changed. There was still nothing they could do for us. Overall I was extremely disappointed in the customer service.
