He not only apologized, sincerely, for the troubles I've experienced, he explained to me the changes they've made to address my concerns and those the company has had in recent months.\n\nI believe him. \n\nHis call was anything but a snow job, but rather a genuine and humble effort to resolve my challenges and describe the measures they have taken to assure me why they will not occur in the future. \n\nEach resolution was spot on. \n\nHe then asked me if could send me my order at no charge and that it would arrive the next day. He simply wanted to make things right. \n\nI accepted his offer. My order arrived the following morning. It was not only correct, it was replete with extras. \n\nThis is a company who wants my business and is willing to go the extra mile. Something has obviously altered the operational foundation at Pulmonary Solutions and I'd be a fool not to give them an opportunity to prove their worth. \n\nSo, for this reason, I'm upping my rating to three stars and will be giving updates depending on subsequent orders and contact with customer service. \n\nIf the excellent care I received from my service representative is any indication of the new heart at Pulmonary Solutions, I feel fairly safe in saying we are going to start seeing one-star ratings being replaced by five. \n\nStayed tuned."^^ . .
