"Pros: great workout, free tampons\nCons: the sales pressure...so in all reality no one should be doing HIIT more than 2-3x/week...especially someone who is just starting or maybe not at a peak level of fitness. I found that they were more concerned with me signing up for the unlimited package then being honest with me about the safety of doing that intense of a workout on a daily basis. Either they didn't care or didn't know and neither is ok with me. I started going almost daily only to find that my body could never fully recover oftentimes making me prone to injury and fatigue. I did some more research and found that this intense of exercise puts tremendous stress on the body and should not be done daily. Have I made my point? ;) also, cost. That place is crazy expensive, you get charged for missed classes, and everything they sell is way overpriced. They don't even have complimentary towels which most, lower cost, gyms provide. I also didn't find the front desk staff to be very helpful...in fact I was kind of scared to ask questions or need assistance because they sometimes acted like they hated life. The instructors were ok but it varied. Some were really good and involved. They would correct form and provide helpful feedback. Others...not so much. It's kind of dark in there and there are no full body mirrors so you can't even look at your form. It's not really fun and it can get extremely monotonous...especially if you go daily. I tried to bring friends but none of them liked it enough to go back. \nOverall: if you do choose to do it I would recommend doing a 1-2\u00D7/week thing but you would likely have to get a membership elsewhere which is expensive. It's not designed to be a daily workout..."^^ . "2"^^ . . "7"^^ .
