Yelp should offer a zero-star rating.\nCustomer service is non-existent. They don't care about their customers satisfaction (obvious by the copy/paste response you get on here from Robert to every bad review) \nTruly, I'm not sure how any of them sleep at night. \nEveryone from the sales department to service department is dishonest. \nThis dealer gives Ford a bad name and should be shut down. I'll be going directly to Ford on this dealer and recommend people stay away if you can.
