I am guessing that the owner treats the staff very poorly. I have not tried many of the other drinks, but the coffee ranges from average to terrible. I adore black coffee and expresso and I find that many times the drip has a harsh aftertaste. I decided to head across to the Starbuck's which has amazing, friendly staff.
