. "Would give negative values if I could. Firstly, I know it's super hot out and everyones a/c is broken, but they said they would be here between 12 an 3 today. I gave them a little flexibility because it's hot. By 4:30 no one had showed, and no one had called. I called their \"emergency\" number and got voicemail. Left them a message asking for an update. 5:30, did same thing. 6:30, another message, still no call. 7:30, another message left on the \"emergency\" number. 8:30, still no word.\n\nThis was a home warranty referral. After asking the person who answered the phone yesterday when the appointment was set, she took offense when asked if they were one of those pop up outfits or not. That is a problem in this town.\n\nMaybe they'll show up, maybe they won't. Guess we'll see.\n\nI love how their website has these testimonials about how good they are. Would a phone call and a status update really be that much of an issue? It wouldn't be for a well run business, I guarantee that!\n\nI could be wrong, maybe these guys are the nicest and extremely good at what they do. I wouldn't know, because they apparently don't know how to communicate. Maybe a low scoring review will catch their eye and they'll provide the customer service that is expected."^^ . .
