About a week ago he again dropped his phone and it cracked once more after spending a good amount of money not even a couple months ago on a new screen. I brought the phone in again and John the owner was very polite and offered to get a screen on it that wasn't cracked as bad so it would atleast turn on since my fianc\u00E9 is a maintenance tech and needs his phone on him 24/7. John even offered to give him a different screen that was only cracked once (or not as bad) when he gets one in. Very good customer service and attitude towards his customers.
