We had what ended up being a labor-intensive and somewhat complicated natural gas installation project (moving gas lines, install gas equipment and gas hook-up). From the moment I called their office, every bit of the experience was pleasant, efficient and exceptional. It was a multi-step, multi-day project. Barrett (and Cody) were pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful in determining the best course of action. When we were unable to find the correct parts, Barrett went out of his way to visit multiple shops so he could get the job completed (rather than me waiting days to research and order the parts online). He even came back out same day so we would not have to schedule another service call.
