"Hello I was visiting your Nike outlet in Chandler Az on Friday December 8, 2017 and made a purchase to not only be charged once but twice for the same purchase and of course I corrected the help by the name of Jana and asked for the manager Elgin as The Help Jana seemed to have a huge trump type racist attitude and wanted to word for word me a corp executive that has multiple degrees. She stated very loudly that Nike does this to a lot of customers which is charge us double or better yet make us pay again as if the first transaction didn't go through on the Nike side but I was one that night. I checked my bank account low and behold it had a hold for the 2 transaction same amount. So I called my bank (definitely not Wells Fargo) and spoke with them to confirm the transactions. The bank confirmed and stated FRAUD transactions. The manager seemed to not find the 2nd authorization number given by bank but found one of them eventually after I remained on the phone with the bank. I'm tell anyone shopping there if you are told that by employees and you see on the machine it states approved remove card FRAUD alert as its not right and all the money NIkE got they need to fix their POS and merchant services equipment and hire people that enjoy the work force of retail not Wells Fargo staff with rude comments to your customers. Rule of thumb Shut the F-up when the customer is speaking. You will go far in life. I want the employee terminated Jana cashier. Nevertheless I'm seeking further action as I'm sure its happened to others and will go public as well. Consumer Alert as a legal point. Rude staff makes it even worse as all customers were checking bank accounts that nite in the store. Jana cashier this is all because of you and your wells Fargo comment!!! Just remember my response like wells Fargo is something you should be proud of and even worse with all the fraud they have committed. You know what??? my stars is only because I have to give one to comment. \nNike here's a pointer try the predictive index when hiring for people that must work with the public. Or require at least some real education for cashiers. In service is not an option for Jana cashier."^^ . "0"^^ . . "0"^^ . .
