I got up to get my husband a refill because after taking our order our server NEVER returned. 2 servers passed me by while I walked up to the counter, got the tea pitcher and poured my own refill!!!! REALLY!!! Then no one even brought our check. We had to go up to the counter and the host had to print it for us.
