I asked if we knew a time frame and they said no, they would call the day before. I asked if the time frame did not work if I could reschedule.  NOPE! NOT WITHOUT BEING CHARGED!!! Terrible customer service.  We spent $7000 and he didn't even shake our hands or anything.  It was almost expected or he was entitled to the sale.
