Will crave the blue-veined Stilton.  Then we shared 4 small plates.  Everything was good, but the grilled watermelon with feta was incredible.  Service was great.  The \"cheese steward\" really knew his stuff and our waiter was friendly and efficient.    I loved the market atmosphere.
