I arranged a mobile appointment to replace my windshield. However, when I received my confirmation email, it specified that I was to bring my car to the Phoenix location at the time of my appointment. When I called to report the mistake and change it to a mobile appointment, the customer service representative Cynthia informed me rudely that I had made the wrong type of appointment and would need reschedule for an appointment yet another week in advance -- that's TWO weeks after my initial call. I asked if there was anything she could do to help me, and she said no. I asked for a referral to another place that might be able to help me, and she said no. I cancelled my appointment on the spot.
