Two times I was accepted as a walk in, but the lady in the back didn't do the best job (had to fix it at home). Third time was today for which I made an appointment with Mark. He originally suggested 10:00am and I stated that 10:30am would suit me better if it was possible; he stated that it worked. I came in at 10:25am and said I'm here for Marc..
