Then after going to the basement to acquire the rental I was then told to go back upstairs to the sister company (Dollar) to get my car. Then to deal with a person that wanted to double charge me because of the wrong rental and said that my Expedia confirmation would not cover all taxes and fees which was in the details on my smartphone and then I showed the representative. Her answer was I have only been here for a few days. Having someone not know your job and say that it's their 3rd day is not a reason to try to charge me double, not ask your supervisor for help and or pull up the wrong rental info. THE WORST SERVICE, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE PHONE.\nA representative HUNG the Phone UP in my ear and I had to call back to get 3 more people that did not want to transfer me to a supervisor/ manager."^^ .
