But somehow this locations computer couldn't pull up the reward. They called over the manager who saw the reward noted on my app, but she said since her computer couldn't find it they would not honor it. It was drive-through so the drink had already been made, but she insisted that I was stuck paying the $6.50 (I ordered frills since I knew it was supposed to be free) for the drink or they would rather throw it away then let me have it. A business should never be willing to lose a customer over their faulty system. Incredibly poor customer service-I've never experienced that at Starbucks before. \n\nI went to a location down the street and ordered my drink again...
