"a great place for a scenic ride. only 5 dollars at the entrance and you're free to roam for quite a long time. the curving roads alongside the lake and the cliffs are beautiful but be careful the air is dirty when you drive on some parts under construction. I drove down onto some unpaved road and was able to stay close to the lake at the north side I believe (not the south side where there's guided access to it and you can see wolves hanging around your car. they were cute, really cute, and they were afraid of people. I stepped out my car to take some pictures and they ran back)\nthen my car got stuck in the sand... I knew it was a bad idea to drive that far but I kinda just wanted to try it. That's just me. next thing I found out is my phone still had no signal so I walked to a couple camping there and borrowed there phone. ahh they told me they'd been there for 3 months (I could tell when I saw the spider net was expanding from the tire of their RV to the brick they put down it.) And they were going to stay there till winter (they should've relocated as I'm writing this) \n\nwaited 90 minutes in that 33 Celsis degree day and a cute AAA guy showed up. (not your typical Mexican uncle in California) He helped pull my car out and didn't want to take any tip saying that \"we don't work for the tips.\" and advised me to wash the front tires immediately. OK nice guy, so I drove up to the small town the old man told me and the only thing I recoginzed there was Mcdonald's, and their drive thru was only open because the inside was being remodeled. It's a really small town where people would actually come and talk to you.\n\ncrazy shit I know.."^^ . "0"^^ . "2011-02-13T00:00:00"^^ . . "1"^^ . "4"^^ .
