. "My GATED community has had a broken gate for weeks now. I have called and complained, asking for an update for 3 days now. Today I called and I was told I would have to purchase a clicker for my community for $25.00 otherwise they're still \"working\" on it. I PAY RENT TO LIVE HERE & CANNOT GET HOME HALF OF THE TIME. This is ridiculous. I come home from work and sit at the gate with 3+ other cars around me waiting to enter a place that we LIVE IN. We all dealt with it over the 3 day weekend as well. I got to watch a pizza man sit in his car across from me for 30 minutes just to deliver a pizza. I'm sure anyone with common sense can see why this would annoying. I will NEVER rent with any community again that deals with this company. I am considering breaking my lease early because I feel this is unfair when I have to pay close to $1,000 to live in a community that I can barely get into half of the time. I can't have guests over without this being an issue. When calling I would've respected a better answer than they're working on it and to purchase a clicker.
