"Our move was completed on 3/9. While there were extra fees, we were told prior to our items being loaded. The three guys worked all day and worked hard. Furniture was wrapped in blankets and shrink wrap for protection. Despite this there were a couple of items which were damaged. I have been speaking with Lisa and Stephanie to have my claim processed. I initially provided pictures of the damage and asked for what I needed to do to file the claims. I was told to email to Stephanie with the date of our move. After no response in a week, I called again and was told they needed the website link to the items with the weight of each. I sent that email and waited again. After another email inquiry, I was told that Stephanie had been out due to a family emergency and they asked for pictures of the entire item - previously just the damage was provided.
