I don't think they saw me, because I was not greated nor asked if I needed assistance. And I did!\n\nI ended up finding the item I wanted from Urban Outfitters at another shop in the MIracle Mile Shops... for $20 less then what UO wanted. \n\nHigh prices and non-existant customer service.
