. "So sad I have to write this post as I was truly disappointed in my service. Keep in mind this is my first experience with a sew-in--not pleased. I had spoken with crystal about what it was I wanted, a sew-in. I sent her pictures of my current hair and what I was wanting ( longer \"natural\" looking hair). I tried to ask her for advice (as she has a partnership with mayvenn you would think she would be more helpful in figuring out what hair will work best for you). All I got from her was the prices for tracks, $20 per. When asked how much hair I needed, she said one bundle. I made sure to ask her again she said it was up to me. I wish I would've researched more-that was my bad. When I went in for the service she she was running behind with another patient. However, I didn't mind I was able to see her work and quickly admired the customer as it was similar to what I wanted. When I praised her work she said they other customer had three bundles in. I let her know I only had one ( as that is what she told me to get) and she simply said she would make it work. A few hours later one bundle was clearly not enough. On top of this my color did not match..at this point I asked if she could color my hair (my bad again as I should've asked her in the beginning) nonetheless her price for color didn't change. Even with the color match something was off. I made sure to ask her if I brought more hair in if she would finish and not charge me all over again ( but rather a finish job) she said \"of course not.\" There was no style or cut after the install, she just fluffed the hair and reminded me I needed more. Once it came time to pay this is what she charged me\n\n$200 \"3/4 weave\" whattttt but it wasn't even completed!!\n$70 for dying 1/4 of my hair?!! not even a discount seriously\nplus the $50 deposit she requires.\n\nI ended up checking in through yelp so I saved 10% (wow).\n\nin total I ended up paying $243 for a unfinished weave and a terrible dye job definitely not worth $70. \n\nthe best part she was expecting me to pay an additional $100 to complete the weave.. no thanks.\n\nI cancelled my appointment because I realized I definitely overpaid for the services I received. \n\nOn top of this, my weave only lasted one week, ONE WEEK.\nThe braids started getting really loose, the tracks were bumpy and whether I had my hair up or down you could see my tracks. \n\nTruly disappointed as I wish it would've been better."^^ . .
