"I am a little bit disappointed, especially after reading so many positive reviews and having been referred to AA Printing by a coworker.\n\nI was told we would have our job done by the end of the day on Friday- without fail. I received a call at 4:00pm on Friday notifying me that printers were down and we would have to wait until Monday. I go back late Monday morning and our job had not been started. I go back on Tuesday, I was then able to pick up some of our job, but one of the posters was printed incorrectly. They told me they would have it redone in an hour. I go back the next day on Wednesday and they had not printed it yet. Worst still, the staff went in the back to talk in private,but I heard there entire conversation from the front as they blamed each other.\n\nI left so frustrated. At this point we have wasted so much time and have incurred additional costs because they missed their initial deadline (We had an event Saturday and went to a OfficeMax to print.)\n\nI received a call about 30 minutes later apologizing for the poster mishap and that they would refund \"only the poster\" ... The gentleman's tone was as if I was digging for a refund.\n\nFinally, I go back Friday and was able to pick up our last poster, but the refund never happened. I was given credit for one future poster. I hope to never, ever return."^^ . . "2"^^ .
