I give them that, which is what really got them the 3 stars. Carowinds definitely has a few opportunities to improve the over experience here.. One is the staff.. I know it is hard to have a customer centric staff that is seasonal and at their pay range, but a little more effort will go a long way. Secondly, for the prices they charge, the food is extremely disappointing. A county fair has 100 times better food and it is priced more appropriately. I think Carowinds' Sr. Management really need to concentrate on improving the over all customer experience vs. their profit margins which appears to occupy 98+% of thier time.
