"I lived in a Waypoint home in north Phoenix for two years before moving out, never had a problem, never even had to make a service request.\n\nThis year, I moved into another Waypoint home in Arcadia with some roommates. We had a problem with the AC right away and couldn't keep the house at a comfortable temperature. This took a long time to get fixed, including some infuriating times when we were expecting a repairman who never showed up or called to explain. When someone did come, he completely broke our AC and took two days to finally come fix it. It was July and we had animals so we were pretty mad. After everything was finally fixed, I emailed Waypoint about it and (I believe) they fired person responsible for mishandling our repairs so badly. On top of that, they offered a very reasonable credit to our rent for the next month to make up for what we went through. So overall I was just glad to get a fair response to my dissatisfaction.\n\nSince then, the house has had some other issues. But it's an older house and some of it just to be expected. What really matters to me is that Waypoint has been quick to respond when we file a request, and have someone come out to help as soon as we can get them. Since we're not dealing with the person who made the AC issue so difficult, I'm happy with how our problems are dealt with."^^ . . "0"^^ . "2015-09-10T00:00:00"^^ . . "4"^^ . "2"^^ .
