"I purchased a dual reclining love seat from Conn's. Two days after taking delivery I noticed the right side had an approximate 3\" incline towards center. This is very uncomfortable. I called Conn's and scheduled a repair technician. The tech came, told me both sides were incorrect, and it would take Conn's 45 days to either repair or replace. After forty five days, I called Conn's and was told that after two days, this was normal wear and tear and I was totally responsible. Conn's would neither repair or replace, I was the owner of defective furniture. What happened to customer service let alone good craftsmanship? Buyer be ware, buyer be aware of Conn's."^^ . .
