Except for today. \nI ordered some items and during pick up I was only given one SKU out of 5. The product was packaged in 5 items and I wanted 5 of them. The picker misread the quantity and only gave me one.\nI explained to the associate that I ordered 5, so she told me to go get the remaining 4 myself and I could pay for them when I returned. I again explained that I already paid for all 5. She told me to go to the garden department where the items were located instead of getting them since they clearly didn't get the order right. If I wanted to pick the items myself I wouldn't have pre-ordered them in the first place. I walked to the department but couldn't locate the item and they were also not visible on the online store map. I asked an associate in the garden department for the location and she gave me directions only to find that the item wasn't there either.\nI returned back to customer service and was referred to another associate, Eric, who then proceeded to locate the item voluntarily.\nI thanked him and the other associate asked him where the items were and he said \"Garden department\". She smirked and looked at me. I commented that I couldn't find it even with another associate's assistance and it wasn't the point when they didn't pick the right amount to begin with.\nI found the response and mannerism to be unprofessional. Disappointed in the otherwise so customer-oriented Home Depot staff."^^ . .
