"HORRIBLE customer service.\nFirst, they don't return voicemails or reply to emails. \nThen, if you call the main number, you get their secretary who can't answer any questions and is rude as all hell. \nI submitted an application and had additional information to send in. There was no way of knowing whether or not it was received or looked over. There's no contact person except the secretary that can't help with anything and apparently doesn't know how to provide decent customer service. \nAfter days of sending emails and leaving voicemails, when I spoke with the young lady explaining and trying to get answers she rudely hung up on me...TWICE!\n\nI had my bank do a charge back for the application. fee."^^ .
