Disinterested at best and most often rude and completely apathetic.\nAt our appt, after my son's eyes were dialted I was told the doctor would be back for us in 20 mins. After an hour I asked the girl at the desk if the doctor was running behind (after I so rudely pulled her from her personal conversation about what she would be doing over the weekend with two other nurses who had been standing there for almost 15 mins). She said no and I told her that I was told 20 mins and she condescendingly laughed at me and said um no it's longer than that and turned back to her very important conversation with the nurses who were also so very busy listening to her. I called in today to request a form for my insurance reimbursement and the young woman I spoke to let me know my son has a check up tomorrow and I politely let her know I would need to cancel. She asked when I would be rescheduling and I stated that I would not and she says ok and hangs up. No form...Called back and waiting on a call from her office manager. This is why I won't be coming back. Not to mention the office was a complete disaster. I don't need the fanciest office but it can at least be wiped down and occasionally titied up. Also the were huge strings several feet long that were from the unraveled carpet that people kept tripping on. How hard would it have been to come out with a pair of scissors and snipped this hazard. If the doctors want any chance of a successful office they need to make a complete overhaul of their staff."^^ . "1"^^ .
