Ordered the same thing as before, their burger, the most economical one and boy, was I disappointed!!!\n\nFood - Oily fries; soggy, oxidized lettuce; stale bun.\nService - OK.\n\nI think, the lettuce or fries by itself would be a BIG turn off and I had a collection of bad stuff going on that day at this location. It was very busy but still does not justify my food quality being poor. Destroyed my appetite and also my experience that day. \n\nI blame the cook, manager & quality control of that Sheppard location and not the restaurant itself.
