When selling, the guy told \"40 mins atmost, go and do some shopping and it will be good to go when you are back\". I picked up some groceries from Frys and came back after about 2 hours and saw my car just outside the cleaning area, still half dirty, with a few pieces of towels on the hood. I kept asking them what is the status/ETA but all of them kept ignoring. Finally 10 mins later one women came out and wasnt even sure what type of car wash I was getting. They were finally done after another 30 mins or so. It didnt seem like the waxing did any good (or maybe they didnt do at all, who knows). \n\nAlthough my car was clean, I was totally drenched with sweat (as it was august) waiting outside unnecessarily. \n\nTip for the car wash managers: Be candid about the time to complete. Lying about it will only ruin your business as everyone cares about their time. There are plenty of stores around (frys, best buy, etc) so most customers wouldnt mind waiting. They just need to know how long it will really take so they can plan their shopping. \n\nTip for the readers: Even if you go there, get one of the 3 car wash options they have. Dont go for waxing or any other detailing, no matter how much they push you. Its not worth the money and time. Also as discussed about, re timing, add another 1 hour to what they say it will take to finish the job."^^ .
