"Oh my goodness, what an awesome, delicious, and informative meal. There were so few lows and oh so many highs. Just when I thought we would be ending our appetizers, our server continue to bring out more!\n\nOne of my favorite appetizers was the pickled bamboo shoot like vegetables, I can't remember the name of it though. There was something about it that reminded me of seaweed salad, but a fresher, crunchier version of it. \n\nAnother high for me was the rice bowls, and particularly how fresh the seafood tasted. I had a bad memory of uni, but the rice with uni changed my perspective completely. It was creamy, savory, and didn't taste strongly of the ocean like I had expected. I am also a huge fan of fish roe, because it is like eating an umami form of boba. I was glad these bowls didn't have a plethora of ingredients and kept it simple with rice, the seafood, and a light seasoning which allowed the ingredients to really shine.\n\nAnd finally, the ramen. I had the Miso with the spicy crab and it was so, so delicious. It wasn't overly spicy or salty, and the noodles were cooked perfectly. I enjoy that they cook their noodles al dente because it makes them kind of chewy (in a good way). There was pork in this dishes well that just melted in your mouth. Definitely would order this again.\n\nFor dessert, the green tea mochi wasn't too heavy and was the perfect size and sweetness to end the meal despite a very full stomach. A huge shout out to Strings, our server, and the manager present to give us such a wonderful experience!"^^ . . "0"^^ . . "5"^^ . "2"^^ . "1"^^ . . "2018-06-12T00:00:00"^^ .
