It was brought to my attention that my sons health card was not working well so once I got things sorted out with service Ontario I had given the updated information to the doctors from medvisit who told me the information would be updated. So I called for a visit today for all three of my kids who have been sick all day with a fever and I figured a house call would be the best option so that I wouldn't have to drag 3 sick kids out and about one being a baby. The doctor showed up at 10:30pm and I explained I Hadn't yet received the new card and he asked me for a version code which I didn't have because I haven't yet received the card however I had been given it over the phone once by service Ontario before which I had then passed on to the doctor Through text as I was given it over the phone. The doctor then refused to see one of my children due to me not having the updated code and I asked him to please see him and that in the morning I would call service Ontario to give him the updated version he continuously refused saying under no circumstances would he ever. I became extremely upset due to the fact that they have seen my kids so many times before and that the intake office didn't properly update my information avoiding this problem entirely. He very childishly grabbed his case and ran out and I asked him to see my other kids and he yelled back that his supervisor would contact me to discuss whether or not he would see my child with the card issue. I called the supervisor myself and he kept me on the phone trying to understand the situation then once explaining I had remembered I had texted the updated version code to the dr so I looked back in my texts and gave it to him and he told me he has nothing to do with the office work and to call in and the office workers have a tendency to not complete simple tasks. I then asked that my other 2 kids be seen and he laughed and said no that the Dr left. I became confused and asked why and he said because he instructed the doctor to. I then asked why and he said because he has other house calls and I then became furious and explained that my kids had been waiting all day to be seen and I could have taken them earlier to see a doctor and he said that he couldn't help me and that I could still take them to the hospital. Angrily I told him that I shouldn't have to take my three kids one being a baby to a hospital at 11pm because they are insanely unprofessional. I told him I was going to file a complaint and he then told me \"go ahead file one so will I and guess who they're going to believe\" I'm disgusted at the lack of professionalism from both the doctor and supervisor. On a side note I've been seen before and told I had a cold and later seen a more experienced walk in doctor who figured out it was pneumonia pre chest X-ray and my daughter was also diagnosed with a cold and had bronchitis. I've finally had enough of the lack of diagnosis and am shocked at how insincere the doctor and supervisor could be to an 8 year old child. My rating is a negative 5 unfortunately I don't have that option. Don't waste your time moms and dads there's plenty of excellent doctors all around the city who will save you time in the long run."^^ . "2"^^ . .
